Join Megan Rae Bailey and Nic Graham at Ends of the Earth Hair Studio in Magnolia, Seattle to master the art of SUPERnatural hair texture. Seattle has a massive demand for texture specialists, and this class gives you the technical skills, knowledge, and business strategy to fill that gap.

We will cover theory, product chemistry, and the language you need to lead a confident consultation. You’ll learn my Dry Sculptural Haircutting method—working with hair in its natural state to create shapes and preforming a pre-perm cut that will create the perfect sillouette for the curls to come. Nic will go in-depth on placement, rod selection, and partial perms to balance curl patterns for your clients.

We will perform a demo from start to finish with a dry cut, perm wrapping and processing, post-perm care, and easy breezy styling methods. These techniques focus on giving clients their best hair with the least amount of effort, allowing them to go longer between appointments. Finally, we'll show you how to market your new specialty so you can turn your investment into profit and results in your chair right away.

Chemistry basics: Knowing which ingredients create the cleanest, most consistent curls with the least amount of effort. Identify clients who are or aren't a great candidate for perms; learn to maintain integrity after clean chemical services, from the wash to treatments and appropriate products for different textures and hair types.

Mastering the Consulation: You'll have a solid formula you can personalize to get all of the information you need to make your client's dreams come true!

Demonstration: You’ll see the techniques in action - We'll walk you through the full service, from cut prep to the first snip, the wrap, processing, the take down, and the final set.

Effortless Styling & Set: We will teach you product application methods that both you and your clients can pick up with ease. Your hands will become weapons of curl creation!
